Got a call from someone speaking Pidgin English claiming to be from Microsoft, asking if I owned the computer in use. I asked them to tell me my own name, and they gave me some Indian name. I asked again what my real name was, and then the caller started calling me a dog and a ####, telling me to listen up. I repeated what they said back to them, pointing out I’m actually a bloke. They kept on with the insults before hanging up. Pretty sure Microsoft had nothing to do with that call!
