Got a message from someone claiming to be my Mum but on a different number. They reached out on WhatsApp and even gave me a ring, not quite sure who it really was.

I got a call saying my son was in some sort of urgent trouble and they needed cash quick. They sounded really convincing and seemed to know a lot about him, which nearly had me fooled. But as soon as I asked for a family password, they quickly twigged I wasn’t falling for it.
