I got a phone call on my mobile on Christmas Eve claiming to be from Prudential, saying my account wasn’t active or something, and told me to press 1 to talk to someone. All my contact with them before has been through email, so I’m pretty sure this was a dodgy call. Anyway, Merry Christmas to everyone :)
