Earlier today, I got a rather dodgy text from this number, asserting that I owe some customs charges to Royal Mail. How peculiar, considering I'm actually expecting a parcel from the States! I realised how dire things could have gotten had I clicked on that link from my phone. Instead, I decided to see where it led using my computer, only to be met with a bright red warning from my browser, indicating it was a phishing attempt. Just a heads up for everyone-stay vigilant!

I got a text claiming there's a parcel on hold for me and that I need to cough up £2.99 for delivery by following a link. Definitely dodgy! Just don’t engage with that link.
