Just got this message today saying: BARCLAYS BANK - a payment of £880 has supposedly been made to someone named Mohammed Kukur and will leave your account around 9pm tonight. They ask if you didn’t authorise it to ring 0300 124 6586 to cancel. REF: BA3105 Honestly, this has scam written all over it. The number isn’t even valid and the text is riddled with mistakes. Pretty sure Barclays wouldn’t send out messages with poor spelling or dodgy phone lines.
