Got a text from this number saying they're from Halifax bank, checking on payments to some third party and asking for my credit card info. Problem is, I don’t even have an account with Halifax. Seems dodgy to me.

Received a message saying I’d set up a £380 payment to some bloke called Mr Adams on the 20th of Nov. Problem is, I don’t even have an account with NatWest! The text told me to check out some “helpdesk” link if it wasn’t me, but it smells fishy to me. Anyone else had the same kind of dodgy messages?
