A company claiming to be eco-friendly rang me about re-insulating my house, saying they’ve got surveyors nearby.

They called saying they were nearby and wanted to check the cavity wall insulation to make sure it was still effective. They mentioned something about a government grant we supposedly received for the job. That’s complete rubbish - we actually paid out of our own pocket!
