I got a text saying there’s a £1.99 shipping charge I need to pay, or my Royal Mail parcel won’t be delivered. The message even had typos like "bee held" instead of "been held." It said to sort the money out by clicking a link with something like "info-delivery-fee" in it. Obviously, it’s a scam so don’t fall for it!

Got a message saying it was from Royal Mail asking me to pay £1.99 for a parcel I never ordered. I know Royal Mail normally sends a letter first, not a text, and they wouldn’t ask for money by text or have your phone number. Plus, the message was full of spelling mistakes, which Royal Mail definitely wouldn’t do. Total scam, don’t be fooled!
