I keep getting these automated calls telling me to reach out on WhatsApp, then they just cut me off. I’m with EE, so I don’t get why they can’t have a real person on the line if they genuinely want to talk. Plus, why not just send a text like they usually do for bill stuff? Makes no sense at all.
