Got a dodgy text supposedly from Halifax saying my device was linked or something. The message had a link to a site that looked quite legit but was totally fake, trying to get personal info. Watch out folks, these scammers are the worst around Kent area. Don't get caught up in it!

### scam alert - fraud warning ### Got a text saying my phone’s been linked to a new device and telling me to click a link if it wasn’t me. Problem is, I don’t even bank with Halifax! Someone’s pretending to be Halifax mobile banking with a dodgy website link. I rang Halifax on the number from their real website and told their fraud department. If you get this, don’t tap the link or put in any details. Report the number to Action Fraud and jot down the fake website from another device so it can be reported and hopefully taken down. Stay safe out there!
