I got a text saying I qualify for a covid-19 grant and to go to [#) to get it. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Got a text saying it was from "Halifax" about adding a new payee called "J Phillips" on 22/12 at 7:01. It asked me to cancel the payment if I didn’t do it, giving a weird link to click on. Definitely a scam. If anyone else sees this, make sure you report it to Action Fraud straight away. Don’t click any links!

Got a message from Halifax saying a new payee “J Philips” was added on 22/12 at 7:01. It said if I didn’t do it, I should cancel the payment right away at some sketchy link like newpayee-payment{###). Definitely looks dodgy, so I wouldn’t trust it at all.
