Seems like one of those dodgy scams to me. They claim to be from Hermes, asking you to pay £1.45 for a redelivery fee. There's a link to a site as well, but that site isn’t real anymore. Got a message from some India-based “Hermes” scam, don’t bother clicking any links in it. These fake texts are flooding around all the time now. If you’re seeing these, it might mean your phone number’s ended up in some scammers’ list. Then again, it could just be some random mass spam. I say this cause I get random calls every day from folks claiming to be India’s version of ‘HMRC’ about tax fraud.
