I got a text pretending to be from Lloyds Bank - looked dodgy so I just ignored it. Definitely a scam, no way I was going to get caught out.

I got a text from this number saying I’d added a new payee on my Lloyds account, which definitely wasn’t me. The way it was worded and the format didn’t match anything Lloyds would normally send, so I ignored it. It had a link to a site to “verify” it, but Google flagged it as unsafe. Total scam.
