Got a dodgy text saying it was from Royal Mail, but it was definitely a scam. Watch out, it’s not legit!

i got a message saying i owed royal mail £2 and if i dont pay up they'll do something about it. but its a complete rip off. the link they gave to pay the fee is just a trick so they can get you to give away your details and apparently get a free £80 amazon voucher. avoid it!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Royal Mail, said I owe some money for a shipping fee I never actually heard about. Felt a bit dodgy so I hung up straight away. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.
