Got a call from someone claiming to be from HMRC - total scam alert! Don’t trust these imposters.

Got a call telling me they needed my card straight away because my payment didn’t go through. Really pushy and felt like a total scam with them demanding details nonstop. Definitely sounded like one of those annoying spam calls.

Got a text saying my Netflix payment didn’t go through and asking me to click a link to fix it. Problem is, I’m not even signed up for Netflix! Definitely a phishing trick. I just blocked the number and didn’t bother with it.

From what i gather, this number is definitely a scam. They claim to be from HMRC but who in HMRC sends texts about tax refunds from a mobile phone? They tell you to click a link to get your money back - yeah, sure. It’s obvious scammers trying to take advantage, especially when people are struggling. Total rubbish!

I got a text that looked like it was from Netflix saying my payment didn’t go through this month. It had a link to check out billing details or something like that. Seemed a bit fishy to me.
