I got a call saying they were updating GP records and asked if I preferred Chinese or English, which doesn't match NHS protocols - straight away I knew it was dodgy and a phishing attempt. Plus, the exact same person rang me about 10 minutes earlier from +447591230103. Seems like a scammer using different phones or VoIP services to flood calls trying to catch someone out. If you get a call from this number, just hang up and block it ASAP.
