So I got a missed call from Legal & General, but it’s this sneaky new thing where they just ring once and hang up straight away. If you call back, they already know who you are. What annoyed me was they called me by my first name - I’m not comfortable with that. If it’s someone I don’t know, they should be more formal and use Mr or Mrs, not act like they’re mates with me when I haven’t given them permission to be so casual. I made it clear I’m not interested in whatever they’re selling.
