Someone rang claiming to be from EE, telling me the service was gonna be down for a couple of days because of some problems. I didn’t pay much attention and just ended the call. The voice seemed to have a South East Asian accent.

They told me to pick a phone and send it back if it was the wrong colour or something like that. Turns out, they ended up charging my mobile through my account.
