Got a call at exactly 11:11 today. Nobody spoke, just dead silence and then it hung up with this weird “squark” noise - sounds like a VOIP call to me. Since my number isn’t listed anywhere, I never make outgoing calls on it, and it’s only registered with BT, TPS and my alarm provider, I’m pretty sure it was a scam.
