I picked up the phone but the call dropped straight away. I tried calling the number again but it wouldn't connect.

Even tho our number is registered with the TPS to block cold calls, this number still rang me up asking about my 3 account. I wasn't able to chat at that moment, so I just ended the call. This phone number popped up about 7 hours ago and has been searched more than 260 times since then. Pretty clear sign it's dodgy. I'd say steer well clear of it.

They claimed to be from Three mobile but said they work with O2 for the contract. They wanted just £4. I contacted O2 and they said they don’t offer any deals like that.

I usually just let these calls go to voicemail and never pick up. I don’t deal with random calls like that, just let them ring until they give up.

Got a call from a number I didn't recognise, no voicemail or anything. Decided to look it up here and that was a bit sus, so I just blocked it straight away.

They claimed to be from three different customer services, but when I told them I'd just call the number myself to check, they suddenly stopped talking. Definitely a scam!
