I picked up the phone and the automated voice just said goodbye and hung up.

Got calls from this number loads of times but its always busy when I pick up. Definitely looks like a scam, so worth blocking if possible.

There wasnt any voicemail left, so I don’t think its legit. Loads of these calls coming from India. When I tried ringing back, the line was busy, so I’m sure its some sort of call centre.
