I just got a text saying my O2 service would be cut off unless I sorted out a payment issue, with a link attached. There’s no way I’m clicking on that link, it felt dodgy as hell. These scams are getting more and more clever, and it feels like no one can actually do anything about it. Proper annoying!

Got a text that looked like it came from O2, saying my service would be cut off unless I updated my payment info through some link: https://rb.gy/jznp5. Since I’m an actual O2 customer, I didn’t click anything and sent the message straight to 7726 to let them know about the scam.

Got a call out of nowhere asking me to change my bank info for O2 - the weird part is, I’ve only ever had EE! Pretty sure it’s a scam or something fishy. Just thought I’d warn others to watch out for dodgy calls like this.
