I got a text, not a phone call, saying there was an issue with my payment from EE. Like others have said, it had a link to fix the problem. Thing is, I’m not even with EE, so I didn’t bother clicking anything. Just a heads up, don’t fall for it and definitely don’t click their dodgy link!

On 8th May 2024, I got a text from this number claiming to be EE. They said there was an issue with my direct debit and asked me to click a link. Yeah, right! I ignored it and have blocked them now. Don’t give these scammers the satisfaction!
