Got a text from this number saying they were from EE and that I hadn’t paid my bill, threatening to cut off my service. I looked at my bank and saw I’d actually paid it the day before. So, I got in touch with EE via their app, and they told me the payment had gone through and the message was likely a scam.

Got a message supposedly from EE telling me my bill hadn’t gone through and asking to update my details at htt://ee-data-services.web.app to keep my plan active. Definitely a dodgy scam, so watch out! I’ve blocked the sender and reported it to the government’s fraud site.

I’ve had a few missed calls from +447396729725 and when I answered, they claimed my Direct Debit payment failed and told me to either ring them back or click on a link to sort it. Definitely sounds dodgy to me. Don’t fall for it - best to just ignore and double-check with your own bank or service provider instead. Stay vigilant!

Got a text saying it was from EE about my Direct Debit failing and to click a link to sort out my account. Not actually EE though. The number redirected me to a fake UK Government scam site, so I blocked it and deleted the message. Watch out everyone!
