Today, I received a phone call from an Asian lady who began quizzing me about a car accident that took place ages ago and whether I had received any compensation for it. It seemed like she was trying to lodge some sort of claim on my behalf with my insurance. I immediately sensed that something wasn't right and promptly ended the call! Definitely a scam!

Sanako Service Ltd from The Marshall Islands is a total scam. They’re behind Monkeyvacation.com too, which is another dodgy holiday rental site, along with scammy ones like coin-mining-Farm.com, Riveraammunition.com, Finvestings.com and Mind mining.com. These lot claim to sell all sorts - from crypto and firearms to houses, fancy cars, holidays, tax refunds and even life insurance. Avoid them at all costs!

They said they were from AAB Legal - but that company was shut down back in 2014, so not sure who’s really behind the call. They were reciting some script about an accident at work or a car crash, total con. Then I got handed over to a ‘manager’, which ended up being the same bloke.

Just got a call from someone saying they were from a US accident helpline, asking if I’d been in an accident lately. I told the guy, who sounded Asian, that he was cold calling and I never asked for a call. He kept asking about any recent accidents but I kept telling him he was cold calling me. After about a minute of this, I think he finally gave up and hung up.

Terribly rude people on the phone. They wanted me to give my full name (bit strange) then went on about me being able to claim for an accident I supposedly had. A man with a heavy Indian accent spoke, said my name and told me someone had been seriously hurt in a car crash, offering to help me claim compensation.
