Got a text from someone pretending to be my mum, asking for money. Definitely a scam, be careful!

I blocked this number straight away and I’d really suggest you do the same! Got a message from +44 7395 644960 claiming “Hi mum, I’m using a mate’s phone - smashed mine and theirs is about to die. Please WhatsApp my new number 07507514502.” Felt lucky to be the first one caught in this dodgy scam! I’m no idiot and wouldn’t fall for any nonsense, especially from some cheeky trickster like this. This is a proper shady scam, no joke! Do yourself a favour, block this number immediately and spread the word to anyone who might get a call from it. Seriously risky stuff!
