I got a text from this number claiming to be NHS Track and Trace (spelled just like that) but it looks odd to me - does the NHS even use personal phone numbers to send messages? Seems a bit fishy.

Got a call claiming to be from NHS track and trace, saying I was exposed to Omicron and needed a PCR test. Then they wanted me to pay £150 in advance for it. Total scam, don't fall for it!
