So Simon went ahead and sent a text to my old Nokia 3310, which I've just given a fresh battery. I barely ever use this phone, yet that dodgy bloke managed to reach me on the bank holiday. Do posties even work on bank holidays? Silly me! Good one, Pie Man.

I just got a dodgy text from this number and honestly, it’s best not to even get tempted to check it out, even if you already suspect it’s a scam. Usually, just opening a message doesn’t infect your phone, but there’s always a risk. The real danger comes if you click on any links or download anything sketchy in the message - that’s how malware or a virus can sneak in without you even realising it. So yeah, just be careful and don’t give anything away!

Got a text saying the Post Office driver, Simon, came by to drop off a parcel, but nobody was in. The message told me to check out trackingid-customer.me to sort it out. Felt a bit off to me though.

That Simon bloke on 07395505237 rang me claiming he was from the post office. Tried the old “track my parcel” con on me. This happened around Montford Bridge, Shrewsbury. Total load of rubbish!

Got a message this morning from someone called GRAHAM saying they tried to drop off a parcel but I wasn’t in. It arrived around 6:09 am according to them. Problem is, I was in bed wide awake then. Didn’t hear any doorbell or knocking, and my dogs stayed quiet too. Plus, it’s super simple to just leave a parcel by the door if you can’t catch me. Feels like no delivery was even made. Didn’t order anything either. Total SCAM, watch out!

You won’t believe it, it’s Graham again, the quickest courier around every corner of the country, and right now, he’s somewhere close to Chichester. Wonder where he’ll pop up next? Definitely a dodgy call, nothing good about it...

BEWARE OF LINKS THAT STEAL YOUR INFO! If you get scammed, make sure you report it straight away to the police fraud site. Just search for ‘action fraud’ and head over to ‘police.uk’. Find the part that says ‘report phishing attempt’ and carefully read what they say. Then put in all the details about the scam, including any links or website info. You don’t have to sign up or give personal details unless you’ve actually lost money. The more we report these calls and messages, the better chance the police have to keep track and stop these dodgy crooks.

Got a text saying something about Graham trying to deliver a parcel and to track it with a link. Didn’t click on it though. I mean, does Graham have a helicopter to be dropping parcels all around the UK or what?!

Some bloke called Graham, claiming he’s with the Post Office, gave me a ring. I’m up in the North East, so he must cover a huge area. Looks like a classic phishing scam to me.
