Got a call from someone claiming to be the green energy centre. They just hung up on me, so I blocked the number straight away - sounds like one of those dodgy insulation scams to me.

I got a call the other day from a woman claiming she was doing free roof insulation surveys. It wasn’t like one of those robotic calls I'd had earlier about dodgy insulation - it was a real person this time. But she had zero clue who I was or where I lived, which made it pretty obvious it was a scam. I just chatted away to her, dragging it out to waste her time, and honestly I found it kinda fun. Just be careful though, 'cause some folks might not spot it so quick and could end up getting conned. I’d say these lot are pretty dangerous since they lie straight to your face.
