There was this noise like a busy call centre on the line. They actually said my name but I didn’t say anything about who I was. I asked who was on the phone and they just gave a first name and went on with their usual spiel. When I pressed again about their identity, they got annoyed, saying I kept cutting them off! I told them they were really just wasting my time and I've blocked the number on my home phone now.

Got a call saying my NI number was involved in some fraud. After reading these reviews, it's obvious now it's a scam. Watch out, folks!

I kept getting calls on my mobile asking for me by name. Each time I answered, I asked who was calling, but they just kept insisting they needed to speak to me. This back-and-forth went on for quite a while. On the last try, a rude woman suddenly said, "it's your mum calling," which was awful since my mum passed away not long ago. It really shook me up for the rest of the day.

I never bother calling back when there’s no message. Honestly, I just want to find out who they are and what they want before I even consider picking up.
