Got an MMS from this number, turns out the person behind it used my number to start a group with 8 others, claiming to be from the Department of Work and Pensions. They shared a link in the group to supposedly apply for a £300 winter heating payment, but it’s a total scam. Really think I’m daft, do they? I’m aware that any messages from DWP or Universal Credit never allow you to reply directly - you always have to go through your Universal Credit account to respond.
