I picked up the phone and the caller claimed to be with EE, saying my SIM would be cut off within a day or two and I'd be sent a new 5G SIM. When they asked to verify my information, I just told them I'd call EE myself to check and hung up. Lately, I've gotten calls from numbers nearly identical to this one, but whenever I answer, they just hang up straight away. Seems obvious to me it’s some kind of scam going on.
