This company tricked me by pretending to be EE and ended up stealing my identity. They even sent a mobile phone to my address without my consent. Afterwards, they rang me asking for the phone back, probably so they could continue withdrawing money from my account. I’m usually really cautious, but I called them back, thinking it was EE about a bill, and they managed to scam me completely. They’ve also taken out a contract using my personal details. I’ve reported everything to Action Fraud, my bank, and Cifas. Be warned - never ever share your personal info with unfamiliar callers!
