Got a text from this number a short while ago saying something like: Winter Heating Allowance 2024 - Final Reminder from DWP. It said I was eligible but hadn’t finished my claim, and if I didn’t by 21st January 2025, they’d take it I didn’t want it. There was a link to click on below that message, then a weird line saying “Hope you stay cosy this winter.” Honestly, be cautious everyone, this smells like a complete con.
