Spotted this number stuck on a car in Plymouth with some scrape marks. The note said something about exchanging insurance info to fix the problem. It was printed out on a bit of paper with pictures of a BMW showing damage, kinda suggesting someone was at fault. Thing is, the scratch on this car’s been there for ages, nothing to do with any crash. Bit dodgy, really.
