So I got a call from someone with an Asian accent who claimed to be from Domestic and General, saying I'd been wrongly charged £149 by mistake. I kept her going for a bit, and she said I’d get paperwork sent to me in the next 24 hours. Then I told her we don't get any post on Sundays, and she suddenly changed her story, saying the refund would come through in 24 hours instead. Definitely felt like a total scam.
