I got a message from this number about something being sold on Gumtree. They even sent me what they said was a Parcelforce tracking number, complete with screenshots, but it turned out to be all fake. I never received any parcel and when I checked with Parcelforce themselves, they confirmed it was bogus. I've reported the whole thing to my bank and also logged it with Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk), hoping it’ll stop others from falling for this scam.
