Got an email from this number 07392597782 saying I missed a delivery and needed to check out [#]myhermes.ref266[###]. It said if I didn't pay, the parcel would go back to sender. Tried to open the site but couldn't, then Microsoft popped up a warning saying it's a phishing scam and could be harmful. Definitely dodgy!

Got a message on my phone saying it was from Hermes about a missed parcel today, but I never got a call. Bit odd since I was home all day, and Hermes normally sends me emails about delivery times. The text ended with something about the parcel being sent back if not paid for. Pretty sure it’s just spam. I’ve blocked the number now. Is this how they’re trying to scam these days, by texting instead of ringing?
