Some bloke rang me saying he was a bailiff from the Northampton county court, said he was coming to drop off some papers. Seemed dodgy to me.

Some bloke called himself David Jordan Phillips and said he was a bailiff trying to enforce a court order about money owed to some D#### Awareness Programme, something about books for schools. When I asked for more info, he just quickly ended the call. Saw loads of similar reports about the number 07552449633 here too.
