I got a call from some sort of scammer pretending to have a special O2 discount. Right at the beginning, there was a pause like the person was reading a script in a call centre, then an Indian-accented guy came on. Creepy thing is, they actually used my real name, which is a total no-no. I ended the call, and right after that, another spam call came through straight away from an Abingdon landline - 01235 644476 - loads of folks have flagged it as an O2 scam number too.
