Got a call claiming to be Paypal, said my account was restricted and to log into a site that definitely wasn’t Paypal. Total scam, watch out!

Got a message from this number claiming it was PayPal. It said my account got limited because of security issues and told me to check out https//paypal:login940[###] or they'd have to suspend my account. Feels dodgy to me, so I don't reckon it's legit PayPal.
