Got a message claiming it was the last call from the DVLA saying I’d overpaid £48.84 on my vehicle tax. The link they sent led to a site asking for my bank info, card details and even my National Insurance number! I just ignored it and blocked that number straight away.

I got a text saying it was from the DVLA and they needed my bank info to give me a tax refund. Definitely a scam! Don’t fall for it. The DVLA wouldn’t ask for that kind of thing over text.
