Since 29/11/2018, they’ve rung me up five times, just wasting both their cash and my time.

I got a super pushy call from a bloke with an Asian accent. When I asked him to give me a date for this supposed accident he was talking about, he just called me a "stupid p##i". Honestly, such a rude and racist guy. It was really unpleasant.
