These folks have been ringing me up twice daily - it's quite strange! When I pick up, they either disconnect immediately or remain silent, clearly hoping I’ll be the one to end the call. The other night, around 12:18 am, they even left a lunatic voicemail of someone yelling. What a bizarre situation!
