I got a survey through the post from the NHS Trust on the Isle of Wight. I filled it out after scanning the QR code. But when I dialled the phone number they gave, it didn’t go through or wasn’t recognised.

I didnt get a call but a text saying it was from Isle of Wight NHS Trust about an eye check-up. Didn’t think they would be texting from a mobile number though. I haven’t arranged any appointments so I reckon it's probably a scam. The message asks me to ring the number back.
