They ring up older folks out of the blue, trying to con them.

This guy Mr Lee says he’s a tree surgeon but the address he gives doesn’t even exist. He’s completely dishonest. I checked, and he’s not a registered business and doesn’t pay any taxes or VAT. I wouldn’t trust him with any gardening or tree jobs at all.
