Some bloke with a heavy accent rang me claiming he was from Vodafone, pushing a new deal and phone contract. I went on Vodafone's site (https://www.vodafone.co.uk/isvodafonecalling/) and turns out it wasn’t them at all. Looks like he’s trying to switch you over without you realising. Seemed a bit iffy, so I told him to ring me later before I decide. It just all sounded a bit too perfect to be legit.

Got a call from someone with a thick Asian accent saying they were from Vodfone. They were trying to get me to sign up for a new contract, saying they had amazing deals I just couldn’t pass up. I’m always a bit doubtful about calls like this, feels like they’re just pushing you into something.
