Today, I received a text with a +44 at the start, so I’m guessing it came from abroad and definitely isn’t linked to the DVLA.

Got a text saying something like 'last chance: DVLA Swansea have been attempting to reach you' with a link to what they claimed was the official website. I double checked my payment for this month and it was fine, then I looked through my emails to see if DVLA had actually tried to get in touch - nada. Had a proper look at the link and yeah, it's definitely NOT from DVLA! Do yourself a favour and don’t tap on it, it’s a scam!

Got a message earlier from this number saying it was the DVLA, telling me I’m due a refund on my road tax. Sounds fishy to me. Anyone else heard of scams like this? What do you reckon?
