There’s this bloke calling himself Paul Whitehead, apparently from DCDL High Court, saying he’s collecting fees on behalf of Durham Media for some 'books for schools' scheme. He tries to scare older people, threatening bailiffs will turn up at their homes. Honestly, if you hear from him, just hang up straight away. You’d think they’d be ashamed messing with the elderly like that.

I got a call from someone saying he was a bailiff, trying to enforce a high court order or something. He told me his name was Paul Whitehead. Total scam, obviously.
