Got a call from someone saying they were with a PCP Refund outfit - they seemed to know details about a car I'd owned before, though it wasn’t a PCP deal. From what I’ve heard, any refunds related to the current PCP mess will come through a proper industry redress scheme, so you really don’t need to deal with random companies like this. When I hinted that the info they had on me was wrong, the caller cut me off straight away. Sounds like they’re either being dodgy or could even be outright fraudsters.
